I installed the new pump that I waited 6 months for from bobcat, when cold works good at all RPM, when it warms up, you have to crank the throttle to get proper performance. I really like this machine, just cant wait to get this figured out. It almost sounds/noise like the relive valve is opening prematurely after warm.

Yeah, this sounds like my issue... although you're catching it earlier than I did. Sounds like the seals for the bypass in the control valve body are starting to leak. The hotter the hydro fluid, the thinner it is and the more easily it can flow through those openings.

Not having a lot of luck finding an answer. I'm learning that the Bobcat dealer is a "parts swapper" and blamed the pump which apparently isn't the problem.

Is there a common manifold block all hydraulics go through? I would expect that there are two main manifold blocks... one for drive functions and one for arm functions. I saw evidence of this in the connections to the main pump. Four hoses.

Any thoughts?
Are all functions of the hydraulics slow ?

I be will using the excavator today, I may do the old screwdriver to the ear trick at half throttle under load to see which pressure relief is leaking, I believe its the main Relief valve.

Check suction screen in tank for debris.
Check all stems in hydraulic valve body for broken oring plastic seals bypass especially when hot

Try AW 68 heavier hydraulic oil as a test.
Also cap each line one at a time on each function. This may narrow down what component is bypassing fluid.

Anti cavition valve in valve body or main hydraulic pressure relief will affect all functions if internal oring are broken on stem of valves .
Had a JLG boom lift no power . It was a $1.35 oring .

Thanks for the suggestions. Much appreciated. At 2500 hrs my E26 has had a weak right side for the past 200 hours. It finally quit last week. Right track does not rotate manually when lifted. Left track rotated and made a zzz sound as it went around (I stood on the end of the track to do the test). Sounded like gears just touching but not engaging. I ordered an aftermarket motor/gear assembly. I'll let you know if it fixes the problem. Also, the boom alone has never lifted the machine. Boom and stick does just fine. I really don't run it over 1800 rpm. But the suggestion in a previous post to run it at 2200 rpm makes it a mighty machine!
