    Re-Programming of Fuel Injectors 2014 S650

The doosan CR engine will still start & run with new injectors, but it does not re-tune itself automatically. But for proper running, it should to be reprogrammed shortly after the injectors are installed.

    Re-Programming of Fuel Injectors 2014 S650

You can pull them and have them tested. If they test good, you can just put them back in. No programming needed. You'll only need to program if you buy new injectors.

    7 pin attachment control module

S570 M series? You need a 7 to (8 or 14 pin) converter. The 7 pin is a CAN bus system (computer signals). It will convert to 4 or 6 port 12v on/off circuits on the output side. Those on/off circuits can be used to control the solenoids on the attachment. So you also need a harness from the...

Cab on my 643 is super heavy to lift - can gas springs/dampers quit working?

Your probably just uses the gas struts to assist lift the cab. My 2013 S650 was the same way. Way to heavy to lift. Got a new pair of gas struts for it and I can lift it with 1 hand now. Those gas struts loose pressure over time and stop helping lift.

How do I know if it uses emissions crap?

It goes by engine hp & year. Over 75hp were the first to get emissions. 2014 is the year most mid sized skid (50 to 75 hp) steers went to full Tier 4 emissions (def, dpf). It is the exact reason I bough a 2013 S650 (interim T4).

s650 cranks 1 sec and goes off line

My guess would be the battery is weak. You could try hooking up a jump pac and see if it does the same. Or you could have it load tested. Personally if the battery was older, I'd just replace it. Newer equipment is sensitive to voltage and a weak battery can cause all sorts of weird issues.

    S 300

Not real familiar with the steering on bobcats, but the wheels are steered with hydraulic cylinders. So somewhere there has to be a valve block and solenoids that controls the wheels. My first guess would be a bad solenoid controlling the right rear. Or debris stuck in the valve block. Finally...

    S 300

A300 right? Do you think the wheel is sticking? Or it is something to do with the left hand control? Throwing parts at a problem is never the right way to solve a problem. What did the dealer replace? So we know what part it isn't.

Bobcat 743 with 26' Truss Boom

Lol, use 'basic math' in a sentence and you've already lost most people. Laurencen is right on the money. 743 has a tip rating of 2600. tip load is usually measured 18 inches from the attach plate. so 26 ft / 1.5 = 17.333 and 2600 / 17.333 = 150 lbs tip rating @ 26 ft out. Probably need to stay...

    attachment hydraulics not releasing

My grapple on my S650 was a bit picky. If it won't release, there is still pressure. Grapple needs to be just barely closed, but not tight. Then push in on the hose at the coupler and hold for several seconds, that should then release any remaining pressure. Then pull outer ring and the coupler...

Correct Hydraulic Pressure For a T545.

The "442 psi" is your charge pressure. It looks good. Not 100% sure if the 'gauge' in the first picture is 'Charge' or 'System' pressure. But it's looks good whichever it is.

Correct Hydraulic Pressure For a T545.

if you are talking charge pressure, my S650 shows about 400 cold at idle and about 375 warmed up. Reving the engine up, will bump the pressures up about 10 psi above those.

    Replacing hoses?

Those hoses would be 3/8 (-6) JIC fittings. Also don't use PTFE tape on hydraulic. You don't want the tape threads getting into the hydraulic system and getting stuck in valves and such. Use paste if needed only on NPT threads. JIC doesn't need anything, it's a compression seal.

    Found a Melroe Sixer

In general, odd ball items are great if it's something you want and will keep. They are almost always a bad investment for fixing up and try to reselling.
