T250 left track problem and boom wont lift

I see that no one has answered but I'm curious as to what you found as the cause and the repair to get it working again?

    T300 joysticks?

Hello all. Have a T300 needing the right hand joystick and was almost floored at what the dealer is asking for one! Can anyone direct me to a salvager or to someone that can repair them? I have found one "Isoscell" that repairs & then warranties them but was kind of hoping that I could find one...

    Broken T250 track tensioner spring

You did a very good job on that. I personally would have told the company that wanted to charge me $450 bucks /spring to Get Stuffed and would have manufactured rubber replacements.

    Jerky

Are the tracks tight? Slipping on the sprockets would make it seem jerky.

T300 Hydraulic Failure - metal fragments

Purchased a T300 & tilt rams were leaking & making a mess in my shop. When I disassembled them I found fines in the recesses so decided to do all cylinders. Rebuilt them & built new pins then decided to clean the system before start up. Drained the holding tank & flushed several times with...

    T 300 "curl" throwing code

After sitting inside for a couple months my lift & tilt work fine but when I curl the bucket it throws a warning & kicks it out. I removed the joy stick & disassembled/cleaned & put back together without any gain. All connections seem good. My next effort is to trade joysticks, side to side to...

    Winter Traction..........

I'm with Phil314, chains are the best for traction. Been plowing my driveway & yard for 20 years & have found chains to work best in west central Alberta. I ran a tanker truck company in the oilfield and had piles of half worn tripple Trygg chains. To fit my 853, 12:00 x 16.5 tires, I take all...

Enthusiastic Bobcat 720 long time owner/operator

My suggestion when changing the hyd. oil is to buy lots of it, it's not a one time thing does it all. Yes you will still have contaminated oil in the crooks & crannys & the cylinders & pumps. I changed mine, in a T300, last winter when I resealed all the cylinders & made new pins as it was...

An Evil Gremlin has Seized Control of my S650

I'm with the above about cleaning. Also unplug any connectors, clean and then lubricate with dielectric grease all connections & grounds. This will prevent further corrosion & faults.

    Knocking engine

Just my two bits....Mechanical oil gauges don't repair knocks! If it was knocking with the other gauge then it is still knocking now & the oil pressure could still be fine.
