    bobtach pin boss replacement

I just looked at the pic again and I think it looks like the O.D. of the hub around the outer end of the new weldment looks to be the right size but the O.D. of that new one behind the hub looks smaller than whats on your Bobtack , if so when you go to weld that in there is going to be a big gap...

    bobtach pin boss replacement

that's a better pic , that one should be easier than what I was thinking you had , you do need to cut the weld to the left of the zerk fitting and along both sides length wise and both sides the ear to the right of pic ------------------ I'd ask about another weldment for an older Bobtach...

    bobtach pin boss replacement

I think they may have given you the wrong weldment , I would recheck with the dealer , I am not saying you couldn't make that work , maybe that is the only way they sell a replacement for the what you have now , that lip on the end makes me think is the newer style where you have an older style...

    bobtach pin boss replacement

I got lost too --------you must not have the new bearing or the bearing holder weldment in you hands yet , if you did you would see what it is that you have to cut out ---------- or -------you are talking about the boss bushing on each side the tilt cylinder pin ???????

    bobtach pin boss replacement

.....here is another method using a torch , the boss tube sticks out the ends and is exposed between the ears that they are welded to , cut all the tube you can as close as you can then split what is left of the tube inside the ears into quarters , then wash the sections of quarters away and use...

2003 T-190 whine type sound coming from hydraulics

I am guessing you have foot controls and not joystick control , I'd guess the pintle lever is out of neutral adjustment or the bolt that holds it to the shaft is loose and the noise is partial engagement of the pump

    2012 T650 Stalls When Moving

I would presume you have the deluxe instrumentation panel , put the panel to tools then vitals and monitor the hydraulic charge pressure from start up to warmed up , take note to what pressure it acts right and what pressure it don't , you may find that when cold the oil doesn't produce as much...

    No hydraulics

I now see you did mention 863 on your later post , I was thinking different , a new belt is all you could do , I have seen that bolt number 2 sheer off before --------- I think I would do a pressure test on the pump , you could take the belt off and see if you could spin the pulley of the pump...

    No hydraulics

HP-1 is classic no pressure shut down ,you have no pressure , the belt could be the problem , if not you have problems , in the old days you used a bar and a fish scale , you marked the bell housing for 1 inch of travel and pulled 15 lbs on the bar , newer idler have a pointer that points to 3...

    Hydraulic Fluid

H G Fluid = High Guard Fluid also called tractor fluid is the way to go , it sells for about $50 a five at Napa , O'Reiley's , Auto Zone or such ------------ the H G Fluid is equivalent to Bobcat's Hydrostatic Fluid which sells over $80 per five , I wouldn't use motor oil myself , it will...

    No hydraulics

it would help if I knew what machine you have , I could tell you how to by pass what it would take to make it operate ----------- just because the belt looks good and the pulley is turning doesn't mean it is producing enough flow and pressure to make it function -----------newer drive belt...

    Locked up and seized up

...sounds like what your problem is now is that the pintle levers are not in neutral and the engine is trying to start against the hydraulics , the levers are on topthe Sunstrand pump , the flat bats hook to them , the bolt that goes thru the pintle and holds it to the shaft is most probably...

    bobcat no longer using kubota?

2007 , I would think yours is a 5.9 which is a simpler proven engine , unless it's late model 2007.5 , that is when the 6.7 started , from what I have read there are a lot of parts that are interchangeable between the 5.9 and the 6.7 , I have seen the documentary of the inners of the 6.7 and...
