You should only need 1.5 gph or so for that model...you should be okay as long as it has some type of water separator as well...sorry, couldn't follow the link on my phone.
03-09 is low battery voltage...check your connections and inspect your battery cables. I would still plumb in a pressure gauge and check the actual oil pressure just to be safe.
Bobcat sells a weigh log kit...I've put them in a couple of machines and the work well IF you keep them calibrated. Talk to your local dealer or shoot me and email and I can get you a price.
If its a G-series, you can press and hold the light button for 3 seconds and a code should display in the hour meter...I can't remember of the top of my head how you check F-series and older. Have you plumbed in a pressure gauge at checked the actual pressure? Remember, new just means not used.

Drive the machine...it should drive straight forward and reverse and turn strongly in both directions. If it curves one way going forward and the opposite going in reverse, that's a good indication of a weak drive motor...if it curves going forward and drives straight in reverse, its probably...
Maybe pressing the wrong button? The button furthest to the right on a g-series machine is the Aux. Pressure Release button...if you press and hold it the machine releases hyd. pressure and dies...
