    242B Thermostat Housing

    I have a CAT 242B and Im looking for the thermostat housing, CAT part # 236-9985. CAT dealers are saying they dont have it, and CAT does not show availability. Anyone know where I could even find used part? Thanks for the help!

    CAT 242B throttle handle

    I have a 242B, and after a short period of time, the throttle (hand portion) tends to move back to slower speed. What's the best way to tighten this up so that the throttle stays where I move it to? Foot throttle works just fine.
