Is there a standard size coupler at the pump to hook up a pressure guage? The tip mikes out at 1/2" but I know there is more to it than that. I have a Bobcat 220 mini Is there a good place on the web for hydraulic parts for valves and pistons ? Thanks Ty

The easiest place to check pressure is at your quick couplers for your aux hydraulics.
From what i have seen, all the fittings Bobcat use are JIC, most of which are 3/8" from what i have seen on "7" series loaders. The larger machines may use larger fittings for obvious reasons.
To check flow you will need special gear that will tap i to the system and restrick flow to check flow at a specific load etc.
Spare parts are available after market, you just need to search.

What I think he is talking about , Tazza , is on the excavators there are mini quick coupler males on each stage of the 3 stage pump , I was never able to find a match back then for them in the after market , they are much smaller than the aux couplers , the dealer is very expensive I remember as I have one but can't really remember if it was $50 or $90 US each , you really don't need it as if you unscrew the coupler there is a #8 (3/8) JIC male fitting under the coupler , takes a minute longer but gets the job done

Yes, I have a piston that hesitates mid stroke in both directions ( I would think that would be piston related? ) and a low power circut. Wanted to start with the old girls heart. Sounds like a plan. Purchased a Bobcat manual for 65.00. It's ok, but not to technical with sizes or trouble shooting. It seems to have decent schematics though. Thanks
