I have some Mclaren protracs that I am going to put on MY JD 317. There is room but it is borderline according to my measurements. My question is - Are these rims reversable or should I go ahead and get some wheel spacers? If I need to go with spacers - does anybody have a good rec on supllier. I'm not familiar with the Mclaren tracks, but I know that Grouser tracks will go on any 300 series without wheel spacers. I'd just call Mclaren and see what they recommend with their system.

although I have never had to deal with the Jd 317 I know everytime I reversed a rim on a Cat or New Holland it worked out , but I do know if you have air in your tires and not foam , it is very hard to air up tires with the rims reversed , buy the spacers

Thank you for both replies. I'll put the tracks on without changing the rims - adjust them and put the thing through some tight turns and see if any thing rubs. I'll most likely get spacers if I need them since I am not one to crawl on the ground to check the air in the tires. What is a good source for spacers? thank you Allen
