I am thinking of upgrading to a t190 from a s150 and as these are only starting to hit the market down here in australia no one here seems to know much about them.I have heard that bobcat have dodgy rollers is this true if so about when did they improve. Also how does the t190 copair to a s220 for grading /slab preps any more input would be a great help. THANKS.

I think you will be very happy with the T190 as it is very powerful and smooth operating for it's size ----it is a high maintance machine as far as the tracks go , if you don't really need the rubber tracks and are tight with money it may be best to stay away from it as it is high maintance , if you stay mostly on concrete , asphalt , trash or any hard surface you can expect as low as 500 hours on the tracks , if you stay on dirt all the time you will be lucky to exceed 1000 hours on a set of tracks ,the most I have every sen yet is 1200 hours on a set , the rollers and idlers seem to be a little better than when they first came out as they didn't last long at all on the first ones , the rear idler is the weak point and list for $700 here and seem to last about 2 sets of tracks , the travel motors are $3,000 + each , bottom rollers around $300 , very good machine but costly to keep up with -------I have just seen where the new bottom rollers are from Berco now , I took the number off of it and tracked it down to a Berco dealer who had the number in his system and the list was $65 and Bobcat sells it for $712 , what a mark up , but I could not buy it at that price as it is protected by OEM status -----there are after market tracks available with some mixed results on how well they last , I can say to stay away from the Korean tracks as they will last about 200 hours and self destruct , all in all a work horse which doesn't give alot of problems other than the tracking system

My original tracks on my t200 went to 1600 hours. It does have all new rollers and idlers.

Thanks for the info so far has been good. Here in australia the only after market undercarage seem to be all imported from china/korea .All the major brands of skid steers now seem to be selling CTL's now with only bobcat and takeuchi wich is actually sold in australia through ji/case sold here for any length of time. Also seem to be the only two dealers with the know how for continued after sales service. I am going to do some more searching today focusing on the differances in undercarage costs .Also a USA company GABERDEAN seem to have a quality line of aftermarket on the web . Thanks again for your answers

Well made the deal with my local dealer and bought a TL150 as after months of deliberation came to the conclusion that this was ideal for my intended uses
