Tried to reset by lifting the lap bar, then hitting the PTOL button, but still no lift/tilt light. Had to turn the machine off, then restart the engine to reset the computer. Each time, machine went back to normal like nothing had ever happened. Sounds like maybe an intermittent wiring harness short to ground. I've been over those wires many times, and doubt this is the case, but could be I missed something. I have them all cable-tied up tight so there's little chance to vibrate. Is there anything to inspect on the actuator itself? Do they ever go bad in this manner? I haven't spent hours with the manual yet, so I don't know where it's physically located.
I got this 32-50 error code twice today. Ran the machine 5+ hrs, had one error at 3 hrs, and another at 4 hrs. Both times the lift/tilt light went out, ACS warning light came on, and the arms would not lift or tilt (SJC machine). Ideas? :-) ---RC
