I havent been using my ASV MD70 for alot of the winter since it is so hard to start and it was so cold here. Today it was 14c and the loader still wont start. Last summer it started almost instantly. When cranking it has some white smoke but doesnt fire. I was suspecting air in the fuel system as the rubber fuel line from the tank was cracking. That is now replaced and the system was bleed out. I did manage to get the loader to start that day (last week) but while firing it would blow black smoke until finally it kept running (took many minutes of firing). I ran it around for about 15 minutes and shut it off. The next day it wouldnt start (little bit of white smoke). Today I tried to rebleed out the fuel system and had fuel to all injectors. 5 minutes later nothing to #1. In the winter I did do a service and replaced the fuel filter and alot of dirt was in it. Is it possible there is a screen somewhere I am missing? Im not sure what else to check. Ran so good last year. Engine is an Isuzu 4JB1. I am wondering if the injector pump is broken...pulled #1 injector to see how it sprayed and never could get flow out of the inj pump to the injector.
