[QUOTE="cmb7684, post: 53628, member: 1698"] I have been tinkering with this 1999 763 F series I bought. The motor runs strong. The machine has 806 hours on it but they let the machine sit out. Somone earlier said the machine was an older BOSS model but it also has BICS. The digital guage read out says BOSS but the module mounted on the rear of the cab behind the seat is a BICS module. Here is the run down. I tried to move the loader and get nothing. I can move a little forward and the machine will kill if I try to back up. The boom moves very little along with the bucket but maybe an inch or so either way. I can hear the hydraulics trying but it just will not move. Tazza helped me figure out that it had to be something with the BICS system locking out the hydraulics and steering. When I found the module none of the indicator lights will come on including the power light. I removed the seat but did not see any wires, magnet or sensor under the seat when I removed it. So I dont think this unit has a seat sensor unless I'm just not seeing it. I checked the fuses on the back of the machine in the engine compartment and all seem to be ok. Any ideas? Here are some pics of the module and the BOSS guages.
