Has anyone installed an aftermarket heater / AC kit in a skid steer that didn't have a factory unit ? If so, what did you use ?

I'm putting up a heater in my skidder, 632 Bobcat. It's not done yet, but here it is so far...

Pretty good idea are you putting a fan ?
Yup, I have 10 inch push/pull reversable, with a switch to blow it down on my head, or up and force air down the windows. I also have a heater diverter valve that I'll be installing so that I can vary how much heat I get, so I can use just the fan in the summer.

I intend to do a writeup on it one of these days.

Here's the video of what I based my build on. He doesn't show it here, but in comments (maybe on another video of his) he explains that he added valves (I think it was him, I know others have too)

I have a bobcat 843 and it originally did not have an enclosed cab but I installed lexan for the sides and added a door. The next year I did add a small heater that already had a 12 volt fan on it. I installed it between my feet which is nice as some cool air comes in there and it keeps the feet warmer. I ran 2 hoses back to the water pump and also installed a heater hose valve so I can completely shut off the flow for the summer time. I got this valve on ebay, and it was just an automotive valve. I wish the heater was a little bigger but it helps. I live in Canada and I purchased the heater at Princess Auto. Sorry no pictures.
