The gear was engaged against the flywheel. Pulled the starter. Motor still wont turn. I'm going to pull the glow plugs and use PB Blaster in the cylinders. It did sit for a few years from what I was told. The bad news is that I think I tore my rotator cuff while pulling the motor.
