Finally had a mechanic come out and look at it. He did two things, by-passed a hydrolic kill switch due to no power getting to the electronic fuel pump.... machine is running like normal again.

I have a LT190 that was used in salt service, would like to buy a salvaged machine to replace a bunch of misc. parts that are rusting due to the salt. Located in Missouri, but will travel if price is right.

not sure if it matters or would make it easier to figure out the issue, but it was a machine that was used in salt service. Will try pulling off the fuel line and check to see if there are any restrictions. Thanks again for the advice. Anyone by change know a good place to track down a salvaged...

In desperate need to get it moved, it took about half a can of starting fluid to keep it running before the engine took off on its own. Got it into my garage, arms lifted for access to the engine and it died again while letting it idle.

That might be getting beyond my skill level, but will check into it. Also being told that the electric fuel pump might need rebuilt. That it could be out of time for the engine to fire. If I put the starting fluid to it ( I know cardinal sin), you can tell when it hits teh diesel fuel and takes...

got a LT190.b that continues to die on me. changed fuel filter, both air filters, replaced lower fuel pump, bled air from lines up to the injectors...yet the machine will still not fire. fuel is getting to engine, and white smoke is blowing from the muffler, I am at a loss. Any advice?
