72" manual soil conditioner Broken :-(

Recently took apart the Bobcat soil conditioner I have. I bought it used from the rental fleet at a nearby bobcat dealer. What I found was very disturbing. The female spline (10 tooth) was stripped. I now know why the drum stopped rotating! The obvious fix is to replace the female spline part...

    Air conditioning re-charge

Thanks all! I really appericiate the info. Got a job tomorrow, then putting the machine in the shop for touch up paint, filters and oil change. I do know the clutch is working so will inspect for leaks as dye was added last time. I'll let you know how the recharge works out.

    Air conditioning re-charge

I have an 2006 T-190 gold package loader that needs some air conditioning work. My shop has a machine to recharge the a/c in cars and trucks. My question is how many pounds does it take to fill the system on my T-190?

best size skid steer for mowing

My Buddy recently purchased 12 acres. I was advising him to get a utility tractor with a 3 point mower. He decided on a zero turn mower instead. Man! Home made Tilt-Tach

Got an idea and wanted some input. I recently purchased a fork rotator aka "cascade" system at a local auction. This item is designed to be mounted onto the back plate of a forklift and uses a hydraulic motor to rotate the forks 180 degree. Many use it with bins to dump scrap into larger...

    Trailer?

I bought a dump trailer before buying my skid steer. Thinking that a dump trailer would be the best way to tsp my Bobcat. The trailer I bought had a low profile to keep the deck low (easier loading). This is good for loading and unloading however, not the best to dump. Topsoil has got to be one...

    Help with D.O.T. requirements

Good luck passing your CDL. - I believe if your CGVW is 23,000 or more you need a Class A CDL. I was stopped after driving all day just 10 miles from home. I drive an F-350 and pull a tri-axle trailer rated at 21,000#. Yes I had a radar detector and that is what got me pulled over in the first...

    Trenching rates

Hello all. Long time reader, first time post. Recently I was asked if I would quote some trench work with my T-190 to install field tile. I would have to rent the attachment from the local dealer. Should I charge my hourly rate with attachment, or by the foot? Along those same lines, in average...
