    S130 Electrical issue

I pulled the starter and did a few bench checks to it. solenoid works, motor doesn't. So, I'll track one down.

    S130 Electrical issue

Blew an attachment hydraulic line that sprayed me and part of the cab with oil. I power washed the outside as well as the engine compartment while I was at it. I lightly sprayed the oil off the inside of the windows without hitting the upper panels. I let it drip dry a few hours , then started...

    S130 just stops.

I think I figured out my own problem. The spring is missing on the left side of the lap bar. The same side as the magnetic switch. I tested the action of the lap bar and it triggers very easily. With my winter coat on and me needing to loose a few pounds it is enough to lift the bar real easy.

    S130 just stops.

Ill be running my S130 just fine pushing snow or driving it when all of a sudden it locks up and stops like the brakes come on. I have to re-set the operate button and I'm running fine again. Any ideas? Thanks

I talked to a specialty welding buddy, he said that it cold be done, but... Just not to sure of it. I thought i would look for a one first, before i tear it down, and if the welding dos'nt work then i go with the back up and buy one. I do think the brazzing would work tho

    642 Block heater

GOT IT! Tried punching it of different sides, It sounded pretty solid. With the puller on it, it would give just a little. tightened till things started to bend, got a bigger pry bar behind it and gave it all I had and went for broke. Plug popped out and I fell off my stool. Thanks for the help

    642 Block heater

The plug is flush with the block, so I cant get under it. I had petty good pressure on it when I had a puller on it, just didn't want to crack the block. Would I be a be able to tap one side then and kind of twist it, then get under one side? Can you put pictures on here? then I can show you

    642 Block heater

Anyone know how the block heater plug comes out of the block? I ended up pulling the bolt all the way out and tapping it for a 1/4-20 bolt to make a makeshift puller. It will come out about a 1/16th and that's it. Does it unscrew? I thought whatever holds it from behind drops in and you pull it...
