Replaced the wiper motor and now it works. Got the light working. Only thing that needs work is the cab heater. There is no filter either inside or outside, just mesh screen. Could this cause it to not blow hard? Seems to me it would make it blow harder but I don't know anything about them.

Thank you very much for the replies. I will pull apart the wiper motor and take a look at it. I'm just waiting for a manual and once I get one I hope to be more familiar with the machine.
