What kind and viscosity of of engine oil should be used? In a case 1835c with a tm20 continental 3 cylinder engine.

It had a Continental tm20 gas engine in it and blew a hole in the block. Is there a good repower for this machine ? Is there a way to do it with minimal modifications .
