Would WD-40 work if you sprayed it when it was cleaned off like every time you greased the boom? Just wondering if anyone has tried this since I too just spent my evening chipping the same sh#$ from my machine. OH and Tazza, I hate you (just kidding) for not having to deal with this frozen stuff.
On my IH 4140, which is the same machine as a hydra-mac 12c II , I replaced the drive motor with one from loader parts source. Give Lee there a call he's very knowledgeable. If it was a pump issue would you not loose hydraulic power to the boom and bucket cylinders ? Just thinking outside the...
Here in Saskatchewan , a skidsteer is considered farm vehicle and you can use it for a grocery getter or your sweet ride if you want to. I drive mine all over the city. That's why I have signal light kit on my A300.
I had been having this problem periodically for the last year. I phoned the bobcat dealer and he suggested "rolling" my finger around the green button. If that didn't work I'd need a new panel. He was right. Thats ok Tazza, I laughed it off once I got my bearings straight.
I need new tires on my bobcat , they are 12 x 16.5 . I switch over to these for winter time only cause they're narrower than my turf tires to cover snowblower width. Anyways I found a set of truck grips that are 8.75 R 16.5 M/S. Will they work in place of 12 x 16.5 ? Keeping in mind that I only...
On Friday I had a problem with my push to operate green button thingy. The seat bar light was the only thing to illuminate, turned out to be the panel itself was fu@#$ed. $400.00 part and was good to go. By the way the abrupt stops ...... I was travelling in high range ( 19 kmh) and hit the park...
I don't know about the T180 but on my A300 it is on the left hand joystick, round shape, operated with index finger underneath (in trigger on a gun position)
Also, IH is pretty well usless as far as parts locating. Another source is Industrial Irrigation ph 402-463-1377 , they are very knowledgeable on the H105 chrysler eng. They had a brand new carb on their shelf for the engine.
I threw a rod on my 4140 chrysler H105 industrial and contacted Hackert Sales. They said they have the parts for the engine. Keep me posted on the rebuild process. Mine has yet to be dismantled.
I am in need of a post hole / piling auger drive. The ground here seems to be more rock than dirt. Does anyone have any suggestions for a A300 with high flow option? I realize you can get rock bits but I want a auger drive that will withstand the drilling into rocky ground.
If you don't mind me asking , what did you pay for the machine ? Parts availability are sob to try to find. Wreckers are probably the only source for parts. If you need any hydraulic component repairs, loader parts source is your best bet. It cost me $1000.00 for a piston pump as opposed to...
Denders, Did you get your machine moved? I had the same conundrum and I just had to slowly drag the machine. I'd love to see pics of the machine. Does it have the chrysler or isuzu engine ?
The price for overhaul of all the components are $3200.00 at LPS. According to input on this forum, it will be done right at their shop. Remember the machine only cost $1000.00. So, ~ $5000.00 for a skid steer with overhauled hydraulic components ain't bad in my opinion. I plan to use it for...
Tazza, I'm just waiting for everything to come back from LPS, and get my rad back from the rad shop, got it recored. I hope this pays off in the operation of the machine. The next thing, maybe next year is to get the wheel motors overhauled.
