Ok so I had a look today and I loosened the arm and the main bolt where the spring is and yeah it was definetly rusted stuck because i soaked it in wd40 and then loosened the main bolt off a bit and it snaped tight. i lubed it more then tightened everything and put belt on now tensioner is...

Ok So is there a chance that the tensioner is all the way extended and that i just need a new belt?

So if I Lube it up when i put it back in it should tighten the belt up? and if i still have problems should i just get a new tensioner and pulley? its a low hour machine (1600 hrs) So Im thinking the Pulley would be ok? But theres no chance that I just need a new belt and the tensioner is all...

Hey Ken, Im having the problem of the fan belt loose causing over heating. Could you explain how I can tell if I need a New fan belt or a New tensioner. The belt is extremely loose. How do i tell if The tensioner is stuck?
