I had a similar problem. Disconnected fuel line from upstream side of the inline filter and put it in a coffee can full of fresh fuel. It let meet know that my problem was the filter or fuel tank. Ended up being junk clogging up the fuel suction in the tank.

Deere 317. I need to change out the water separator filter and manual says to bleed the fuel system. I can't find any information on how to do this. Please help.

I purchased the tech manual for the unit on eBay. It had a procedure for getting air out of the hydraulic cylinders. Basically level out the cylinder, operate slowly 3/4 stroke 5 times and then full stroke 5 times. I then worked it hard pulling mesquite trees with no problems.

I need more traction for my JD 317. Will replacing the solid tires with new ones give me a lot more or just a little based on y'alls experience. Tires are worn down smooth in the center but still have tread on the side. I'd like to post a pic but don't see the option

Skid steer shuts down when I unbuckle the seat belt. It used to set the brake instead of shutting down. Am I missing a simple switch setting or did the interlock go bad?
