I did test the handle and PWM box according to the repair manual. The only major discrepancy I could find was at the box the Output to Aux Rod solenoid #18 and Output to Aux Base Solenoid #19 The only way to get any reading was to unplug the solenoids and reboot the box. Everything looked good...
