with cap tight it leaks out of exhaust. if cap is loose it steams out of the cap. i cant figure out why its building up so much pressure with the cap on

thermostat was removed, no water in the oil and the water flows. i have not removed the water pump to check it but it blows water out of the exhaust if i put the radiator cap all the way on so it has pressure and doesn't leak. works fine if i leave the cap loose but steams out the water because...

Kubota engine. water pouring out of exhaust but is not in the oil, over heats after about 5 mins of running and within 30 seconds after if i don't let it sit for a few hours
