its a sjc machine so there are no travel levers to put in center try to check the tension of the tracks when the are to strong you have power los and also try the drivebelt maybe its loos the loss in reverse is a bit strange try to get to the local dealer and let them put new drive software on...

check the tube from the pump to valve block on the inside for loose rubber check the max pressure savety valve locatet at the underside of the valve blok but if you put in the pump and you doe not move aything there must be almost no pressure if there is pressure there is blocking in the system...
