you put the heater line just above startwer motor there are some plugs jou fit 90 elbow fittings and rout to your heater blok

non of the cab from bobcat are presurised simpel it is not posible without serious silicon ore tape and xtra unit to get let say 150mbar tier compliance is so expencive because the engine is more costly (feul pump..egr etc) sound insulation adds up

take out the dipstick and put a lighter under it when it pops and cracks when burn posible coolant when it just burn its diesel or just engine oil

maybe somthing simple like not tighting the 3/8 bolt enough ore setting the idler not to 3 oclock ore overtigting against end

then its another ballgame we need to know witch serial number this machine have if the machine stops there is a fault code

sorry to hear but what happend to snap an tilt cylinder in i to advise not to repair the cylinder bobcat use no chroom plate plunger but high grade chroom steel of some sort very hard and friction welded pin head best in the buisnes greetings

check the tube from the pump to valve block on the inside for loose rubber check the max pressure savety valve locatet at the underside of the valve blok but if you put in the pump and you doe not move aything there must be almost no pressure if there is pressure there is blocking in the system...

can you messaure the resistance of the solenoide is must be 3.2 ohmfrom red to black without leaking to the outside
