The 709 arm was doing the swaying back and forth before I installed the flow control valves. As it is swaying back and forth , you can see the ram that moves the arm left and right moving back and forth, like there is air compressing. Maybe a internal seal is letting fluid slip by? I don't think...

Just re-sealed the whole hyd. control valve on my 763c ... The spring and ball were as easy as anything you have ever done..Here is how to do it in 30 seconds... Put the spool valve back into place...place the spring into its hole , place ball into its hole , and hold with a finger or thumb...

Hey... been reading posts here for a while , but this is my first post!! I have a Bobcat 709...When I bought it a year ago, the arm would swing very quickly left and right...dangerously so... I bought, and installed flow control valves which allows me to turn down the pressure... works well...
