Ty!!! Had power to one side but not through the fuse. Cleaned the fuse ends and it fired with hydraulic working! Corrosion in just the right spot wasn't letting it have decent contact. Thanks again!

Thanks mike, the fuel bars are green. I just double checked the 5amp fuse with an ohm meter and it is good. I'm leaning toward bare wire that I got wet when I washed it, but no luck finding. But on the other hand starting in service mode throws me for a loop. My machine being an older one...
