the bucket and lift arms work fine, but I know they are powered by the pump at the rear of the machine, so it's just the drives that don't work, we changed the oil. I tore the pump down but it doesn't show any kind of wear inside at all, the block and pistons all feel tight, the large plates...

we unloaded it off the trailer went about 30 feet and the right side quit pulling, fooled with it for a few minutes then the left side quit pulling, the bucket and lift arm hydraulics still work great, I am looking at problems with the hydraulic pump?

ours became disabled so I just pulled the 2 bolts on each drive motor and pulled the drive motors out of the housings and it rolled free, just took a few minutes to unbolt them
