Thank you. The instructions I've seen were apparently using new gaskets which originally had the seal flaps disengaged. Where is the best place to start installing the glass into the gasket?

I accidently popped the front window out of the door frame of my 773G. I assume I have to first remove the cord. Then, do I next install the gasket in the door frame, then install the window, and then reinstall the cord? Please correct my assumption if necessary. Is this a difficult process?

The radiator is clean and full of coolant. I learned to check the coolant in the radiator, in spite of a correct level in the reservoir, when I had a gasket failure in the radiator cap a few years ago.

My 773G just started slowly overheating. The coolant level is okay and the fan is running. Since the heater is blowing cool air while the engine is warm, I suspect the problem might be a defective thermostat. What do you experts think?
