    Bobcat Front Window

Thank you. The instructions I've seen were apparently using new gaskets which originally had the seal flaps disengaged. Where is the best place to start installing the glass into the gasket?

    Bobcat Front Window

Should the locking lip be open or engaged during glass installation? What is the best place to start glass installation?

    Bobcat Front Window

Instead of a video, I found two comprehensive step-by step sets of instructions. Thank you!

    Bobcat Front Window

I accidently popped the front window out of the door frame of my 773G. I assume I have to first remove the cord. Then, do I next install the gasket in the door frame, then install the window, and then reinstall the cord? Please correct my assumption if necessary. Is this a difficult process?

    Bobcat 773G Hydraulic Leak

I have a 773G with 890 hours on it. It's had a very slow hydraulic leak for some time but I didn't notice where it was leaking. Recently, it began leaking so fast from under the cab that it leaves a continuous trail of fluid. We lifted the cab looking for the source but didn't see anything, but...

    Bobcat 773G Hydraulic Leak

Update: I had the oil cooler repaired and that was the only leak. The temperature gauge now moves all the way to COLD when the key is turned on and stays there. The ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE warning light stays on all of the time now, but the engine isn't overheating. Is the temperature sensor...

    Bobcat 773G Hydraulic Leak

Update: It appears that the hydraulic cooling condenser is leaking and that the fan is blowing the fluid around as well as out the outlets. I don't have time tonight to check, but is it possible that the fluid is affecting the coolant temperature wiring, sensor, etc., or is it likely that it's a...

    Bobcat 773G Hydraulic Leak

After working okay all day, the temperature gauge started displaying erratically. Finally, it went to COLD and the glow plugs went through maximum warm-up before starting a warm engine. While checking coolant, etc., I discovered that hydraulic fluid had been spraying out of both sides of the...

    Bobcat 773G Overheating

I started running my Bobcat early the other morning and it overheated after about 15 minutes. I checked the reservoir which was full, loosened the radiator cap to release the pressure, and then removed the cap. It gurgled quite a bit and, when it cooled down I resumed running it and it ran the...

    Bobcat 773G Overheating

The radiator is clean and full of coolant. I learned to check the coolant in the radiator, in spite of a correct level in the reservoir, when I had a gasket failure in the radiator cap a few years ago.

    Bobcat 773G Overheating

My 773G just started slowly overheating. The coolant level is okay and the fan is running. Since the heater is blowing cool air while the engine is warm, I suspect the problem might be a defective thermostat. What do you experts think?
