I bypassed the BICS but still had no tilt/lift - bad solenoid. Yea - shoulda tesed the solenoid first.

Any ideas on how to test the BICS [Bobcat Interlock Control System] board? The tilt/lift is locked out. Light won't go out. Light for seatbelt goes out after a while although there is no switch. I suspect I need to replace the board but I'd like to make sure first. I may disconnect the battery...

I'm getting a high-pitched noise when attempting to turn left or right. I have plenty of power. Should I adjust the controls to start with? Thx ~ Bruce
