Do you know where the glow plug relay/solenoid is on the 553 with Kubota diesel engine?

I hear a slight click but no clunk and no whine. It will start if I plug it in for an hour or so like in the winter.

New Holland has a button that you push and hold. It clicks or clunks and then usually I hear a high pitched whine that goes away when the glow plugs are hot, usually about 10-15 seconds. It stopped doing that so I figured that the relay was dead

My glow plugs stopped working so I bought a part from the local dealer but when I removed the cover in the upper right (from behind) engine compartment and touched across the posts the engine started turning over. Is this NOT the glow plug relay? The part they sold me looks just like the one...
