    M610 Clutch pin washer location

I assume the order would be: tank wall -> lead washer -> Star washer -> Nut Yes, thats the correct order.

    M610 Clutch pin washer location

Its not on the inside of the tank. Its outside, under the big nut with the connections. There should be two washers on the outside... a lead one and a star locking washer. There are 4 clutch shafts. Do the other 3 have washers? Facebook has a group especially for old style Bobcats of this...

Bobcat M-610: Side Panel Gasket and Nut Torque

My technique is to apply a thin bead of silicone to both sides of the gasket but let it dry/cure for a few days before installation. This way, the flexible silicon provides a better seal than the cork alone but doesn't stick to the paint. The longer you can let it dry the better. I've used it on...

    Should I buy a 600? Is this a deal?

These things seem to go from about $500 for something that needs a full ground up rebuilt to $3000 for a fully operational machine in good condition. The moving/turning issue might simply need 10 minutes of clutch adjustment, or if the variable speed sheave system is basically OK it might just...

    Bobcat 600 Variable speed issues

Fixing the drive sheave at a single setting (say half way) is easy if you still have the circlip and the groove in the sheave. You just need a bolt and a couple of suitable size washers. Might be worth trying before going to the trouble of a chain.

    M610 roto-swivel (outer) i think issue

There's a Facebook group especially for old Bobcats ... https://www.facebook.com/groups/514210022260732/ In the files section of that group you will find parts diagrams and service manuals for this. You can also easily post pictures, which is rather important for this particular problem. As...

bobcat 620 lift, aux, and tilt valves.

Are you sure yours is not repairable? Have you taken it apart yet? Theres really not much to these things. I patched up my spools with solder. (Other people have used plastic metal or superglue). Apart from that it just required 6 new 'O' rings (actually they are called quad or X rings) for...

bobcat 610 removal of varable speed pulley

Whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to lever the pulley off the engine. It is cast steel, very brittle, and no longer available. First thing is to loosen the bolt that is in the centre of the pulley. Undo it 3 or 4 turns. Next, there are 2 screw holes among the splines. You need to screw some small...

    Bobcat m600

As for your original questions, yes the oil flows from side to side. Theres a box shaped channel connecting the two sides. (Its located under the hydraulic valve unit.) Last time I looked, oil seal kits were available on ebay. Just type in '610 lift or tilt cylinder kit'. Poor movement on one...

    Bobcat m600

In my previous post I was talking about the most common 600 with the Wisconsin engine. I just remembered there were a couple of diesel versions. The Peter diesel had a belt driven pump as you describe. I have PDF's of the Peter service manual and the Hydraulics . Send me a private email if you...

    Bobcat m600

The original hydraulics are driven directly from a pump mounted to the Wisconsin engine. The only belts were a very large belt running the drive shaft and (sometimes) a smaller belt running an alternator. Perhaps yours has had a swap to a different engine. Anyway, I suggest you google the...
