I have a 2003 341 that I am running an MSD7R shear, a demo hammer, and an EX30 rotary flail on. 

Right now, the machine is putting out 15 gpm at around 2200 psi on the auxilliary circuits.  I am doing a job soon with the shear where I will need max pressure to get the most of the shear and I will also need the flail to have max power.

The specs say the machine should put out 20 gpm at 3000 psi. At first I though my pump was going out but the deal said it may ...

Thank you for responding.  I do have the direct to tank kit already installed and in DTT mode while operating.

My S-130 is having charging issues.  I pulled the alternator, had it bench tested, they say it is good.  I initally thought maybe a blown fuse, I checked that, all is good there too.  Is there a circuit diagram anyone can provide that shows the exciter wire routing?  I checked for continuity between the output lug on the alternator and the end on the battery and there is continuity.  I didn't ohm it out to see if it had a bad fusable link, but it didn't look like it ...

Are you refering to the large wire from the charging lug on the alternator to the startor, or a separate signal wire?  The charging wire is there, if there is a signal wire that is separate that is the info i am looking for to verify.  My starter was changed.

Finally got around to digging into this more.  I have been busy with other stuff so I haven't been able to get on this like I would have preffered.

The big red wire is going to the proper lug on the starter, key off at the starter and the alternator reads 11.56 volts (battery is low by now).  The pair of wires in the plug key on has no voltage on either side.

The fuse panel fuse for the alternator has 12v both sides. 

Honestly I don't think the problem has ...

Any idea whatthe part number for the front step you need is?  I may be able to help. I have a couple extras on the shelf that came from a buyout I did, not sure what they fit though.

I would do cartwheels to have a 3k final drive.  Just put one on the 341, bobcat wanted $5,900.00.

I found the issue.  It was the main display panel (which is also the computer on this machine).  $1k later the machine runs better than it ever has. 

The combination of all the symptoms with no signs of wire chaffing or damages, and the fact I replaced the speed sensor and it still said the motor was running 7800 rpm led me to roll the dice on a computer.  It worked instantly and now I am back in business.

So, still chasing the source of the mysterious engine code 06-18, but a bigger issue is presenting itself. 

The machine appears to have good power in all ranges, but for some reason at times looses functionality of the joystic controls.  The drive motors still function, and the aux ports, but the joysticks go dead.  If you pick up the left stick assebly and put it back down it will most of the time reset, but the other day it took ten minutes to reset itself.  ...
