The machine runs fine for 30-45 minutes and then will only idle. we have replaced the injector pump, lift pump, fuel lines, pickup line with screen in the tank. We have also drained and filled the tank with fresh diesel, we also bled the fuel lines all the way to the injectors. When it starts to runs bad we have shut it down and found that there is air @ the injectors. It is a Bobcat model# 763, product id# 512243052 help please! I really need this machine to work as it is my only bobcat!

I forgot to add fuel problems in my title
If I remember correctly this model has a fuel lift pump. It may be sucking air there if the diaphragm is bad. Try replacing sections of the fuel line one at a time with clear line to see where the air is being introduced.

thank you! I'll check the diaphragm when I get home. is there anything else that you would also suggest just in case that doesn't help?

If it has a inline filter I have seen in here some cheap ones suck air right out of the box

Did you bleed the main fuel fiter by takeing the plug out of the top first
What happens after it dies, it doesn't want to restart? if so, does it smoke while cranking?
The more detail you can give will help work out what is at fault.

after it dies out it will restart, but just go into idle. no smoke or horrible noises. I'm really not all that mechanically inclined so I cant offer up much more detail. i had someone along with youtube helping me do the things that have been done already.

THE LITTLE BLUE KNOB.
seen this a hundred times. failure to close jetcock. will result in poor performance. have posted same FUEL BLEED PROUCDRE, A open brass screw on top of fuel filter. b pump squezzy ball till fueul spits. B open thumbwheel pump ball 3 4 times close thump wheel. pump again, . now in very rare occurances that jetcock valve has failed. but yes I have seen these same symptons. usually from failure to close jetcock. but I have seen them fail.. lets hope its nothining as simple as turning a thumb screw, but KISS always works. keep it simple stupid. the only easy day was yesterday.

My guess is the tank is not venting properly. Check the breather for the tank as well as the fuel cap. I haven't seen it in a while, but had a rash of bad fuel caps that did the exact same thing.
