Just recently purchased a used 751 wheel loader and would like to put it to work. I am new to skid loaders but I am learning quickly. How do I know if my loader will support a mowing unit? I have auxiliary hookups but they are for a grapple.

The 751 has 13 gpm so the hog will have to work with that
So can you use the same hookups if your hydra. motor is compatible? And how do you engage the motor to run continuously, like with a pto? What is a "high flow" machine, and do I have one or do I need one to use a mower?

Yes you use the same hook ups I belive your cat you use the right stick back and forth for the aux if so just put it all the way to the right for constant flow in the detent high flow just has more flow

You can go here to get the specs for all the different Bobcats, http://www.bobcat.com/historical_specs/skid_steer/751_1995 Just select your model in the right column. Or you can just Bing or Google "bobcat 751C" and select the site. Looks like you have 13gpm, a little low for a brush hog. You need to get the specs from the brush hog manufacturer to see it they have one that will operate on 13gpm. Most newer machines have a selection for std flow or hi flow, hi flow.

A word of caution when using a brush mower. A mower makes a lot of 2 to 3" "spears" as it cuts the brush. These so called spears are not tire friendly, guaranteed flats!

To run a brush hog, a 751, will do it. Using your serial number, have a dealer give you GPM specs for the unit. All they have to do is look in the service manual if they don't still have their handy little spec book. Once you have your GPM, which I think is 16, size the hog to your hydraulic output. To run, there are two possiblity depending on machine series. If a C or F, there is a yellow aux button on the right dash. Push it twice so both LEDs light. Then pull the the front facing finger trigger on right stick. Aux is locked on. If a newer G series, active aux by the dash button and pull triger on right stick.
