The wheel bearings and seals are starting to go on my 773G with 1300 hrs. The machine sat for a few years before I purchased it, so I assume that is why. I trying to get the part numbers for the bearings to get some prices on replacing on them. My mechanic said the 4 carrier bearings must be Bobcat OEM. I'm located in Central Florida, the mechanic I plan on using to have the job done quoted me $1500 for the whole job, his parts list includes; 12 bearings, 12 races, 2 carrier seals, 4 axle seals, 15 gallons of hydro fluid, 4 sleeve savers, locite, 2 orings, and a tube of caulk. Is it worth my time to shop for the parts? or just him let do it? (he warranties parts/labor for 6 months)

We're gonna decide on the chains once we see them. My mechanic was going to use all OEM (Timken) bearings
My chains looked great but were streached a bit with that low of hours must have had water in it for the bearings to go bad chains won't be far behind

Good plan sticking with quality bearings. You don't want to do the job again.
That price actually seems reasonable. You could do it cheaper if you got the parts your self, but then you have to do the work. It can all be done, but without the right gear it takes longer.
