s510 lowering control

Any tips on controlling bucket lowering speed with s510 with heavy bucket i.e some sort of flow valve or adjustment on valve block regards

Need a little more info. Hand or foot controls? Does the lift just fall or do you have some control?

Hi its foot control and yes you have some control but not any finesse hoped that fitting a flow re stricter in line will help regards

Is this new or always been this way?......... might want to jiggle your right stick back and forth could be your aux hydro sticking a bit

Antfarmer most machines built in the last 15+ years have electric solenoid controlled auxiliaries.

Possible it could be somthing with the vavle. Generally they are set up so the unit has to work to lower so you can control speeds. Or it is simply poor operating technique.
