Basically what I do. On T190 and smaller, there are two plugs, one on top and one on the bottom. Remove both and drain. I normally just do something else for a 1/2 hour or so and let it drain. I fill from the bottom forcing the fluid in with a syringe with the top plug out. Once full I put the top plug in, remove the syringe and install the bottom plug. If your quick, you don't loose any fluid. Bobcat use to supply the syringe with a kit to change the fluid. On T250 and larger, the plug is on the outside. Rotate the plug to the bottom and drain. Once empty move the plug to 1/2 to 3/4 up and fill until full. The syringe works nice here too.

Dan, on the T-200 it's the Allen screw on the face of the drive hub, correct? I know Bobcat used to specify their own oil, which was like $90 for a few ounces. I think they changed that spec to any good synthetic. What do you use?

Yes it is the Allen screw on the hub. The hub oil use to be over $50 for a 6 or 8 oz bottle. They lowered the price, its about $18 for the same size bottle. The tech manuals for the earlier serial number track machines actually says what the oil is, its Mobil something. I don't remember, but anybody with a service manual for your T200 or an earlier T300 should be able to find it. OM should be able to dig it up no problem.

It looks like Mobilgear SHC XMP 150. Is there a source for that other than the Bobcat dealer?

I don't know, I never looked, but I would think somebody sells it. The thing is you don't need much, about a bottle and a half from bobcat at most for a service. I wonder if you could find it and buy only by a quart, not a gallon pail.
