bobcat kohler K662

Good evening everyone. Been reading for a few weeks now and couldn't find what I was looking for. Question for the old Bobcat gurus out there or just someone that has a Bobcat 500 with the Kohler K662. I've decided to finally retire the old Kohler and repower my M500. I am researching what I need and I am looking for either the variable speed pulley inner diameter and key size or the outer diameter of the Kohler K662 crank snout and the key size. From reading I am thinking the original snout is 1 7/16" with a 3/8" key? Does anyone know of a good place for a bushing to go fro a 1" crank with a 1/4" key to a 1 7/6" pulley with the 3/8" key? thanks in advance Rob

Other than having someone machine one up about the only thing available is one of these.

You'll still need to have a special 1/4" to 3/8" step key made.

Read my post's in repowering I put a 27 hp vanguard in a 500 most all your guestions are answered there . The things I found are . 1 you may have to saw the side out of the muffler to get it far enough to the left ,2 keep your drive sheve centered in the hole so you can service the belt and sheve .
