I have a problem that when you operate the lift all the way down and press hard that the engine will start to die. To me i think that a relief port valve could be the problem. The issue also occurs when driving forward fast and the same in reverse. The tilt and the Aux have no issues. The lift go's up and down just fine other than when you get to the end of the stroke. Hydraulics are operating ok , no air, leaks or whining from the motors or pump. Need help!!

When you get to the end of the stroke and continue to press the pedal you are forcing all the flow past the main relief valve. At anything but full throttle it would be normal for that to bog the engine down.
You may want make sure the engine governor has oil in it and is working correctly. The other thing to check is if the distributor timing advance is working.

Well i finally had a chance to check over what you said about the governor and the timing advance. You were right about the governor it was not set correctly. I went through the timing procedure and set the governor correctly and everything is working great. Thanks for the advise OldMachinist.
