Just put a new vane pump on from LPS and all new parts in the metering block from Bobcat and rebuilt drive motor with new wear plates in hydrostat on both sides, Lift Hydraulics Work Great Now, I put the thing up on blocks to bleed out the hydrostatic, I got the unrebuilt drive motor turning decent but couldn't develop any serious pressure on the rebuilt drive side then i lost pressure on the drive side that previously had no issues and hadn't been rebuilt. Any ideas? I am thinking this machine needs to go to the auction fast but I would prefer it to move back and forth first. It is a Bobcat 630.

It may just need to have the air purged form the motors. The procedure depends on your serial number.

I did use the second method since I have the Charlynn. The only thing I can think is the filter int the metering block already is plugged. I really don't see how that is possible since everything is fresh but I will check that tonight.

So one of the drive motors was not rebuilt? it is always possible the seals are bad in it.... If it is just the seals and not the backup rings you can replace them cheaply.

I am probably going to have to pull the hydrostat and both motors and take it to a hydraulics shop and have them go right through it. I have a feeling something is badly worn in the back half of the hydrostat.

I wonder if something could have been put together wrong in the shop?

I wouldn't have thought that would be the cause of the issue, but you never know.
It is really hard to establish a baseline as about everything has had an issue on this machine except for the engine. I just have never had the money at one time to be able to go right through it.

I know the feeling, you do what you can when you can.
