we unloaded it off the trailer went about 30 feet and the right side quit pulling, fooled with it for a few minutes then the left side quit pulling, the bucket and lift arm hydraulics still work great, I am looking at problems with the hydraulic pump?

Start with the simple things, check the oil level and replace filters.
Does it still lift and tilt or is just the drive that does not work?

the bucket and lift arms work fine, but I know they are powered by the pump at the rear of the machine, so it's just the drives that don't work, we changed the oil. I tore the pump down but it doesn't show any kind of wear inside at all, the block and pistons all feel tight, the large plates look good, no metal shavings in the pump, I'm at a loss I don't know which way to go now, I put a pressure gauge on the port where the back-up alarm goes and all it showed was 30psi.

The only other thing you can try is to remove the hydro lines to the motors and cap them. Start the machine and slowly push the sticks forward. You should hear the engine bog down.
I'm wondering if the issue is inside the drive motors.
