My left wheels lost power and after removing the cover, I found the drive sprocket will move side to side. Looks like the bearings are gone. Any info on the procedure to replace those. Also is that the problem?

There should be no movement, i don't know the procedure but it should involve pulling the axle and replacting the bearings and seal.

There could be some play in the drive sprocket. Do the brake disks rotate when the drive control levers are stoked? If the brake disks do not spin then you have a problem in the hydro circuit. If the brake disks spin then the problem is in the gear box. Usually if the bearings go in the gearbox you can hear it before it completely fails............You can also flip the seat up and take a look at the back side of the gearbox. The gearbox has an expansion plug that sometimes gets pushed out when there is a bearing failure. If the outer bearing fails then you can see the balls of the bearing behind the drive sprocket. Did you check your hydraulic oil level?
