Considering adapting a 4-way tractor plow to my 743. Have you guys purchased any hoses for attachments? How much do they run? I have the typical 1/2" flat face couplers on the 743 and 3/8" fittings on a Ford 702 plow. I would buy a quick-tach adapter plate and weld or bolt on an adapter to simulate the tractor frame.

Hoses can run anywhere from $15 to $50+ depending on the size, length, end fittings, and most importantly, where you buy them.
I get mine from a local supplier who does nothing but make hoses for large OEM's, so their prices are very reasonable just due to the volume of business that they do.
On the flip-side, you have the dealer, who can make hoses, but they do not do it all the time - $$$$.

Snowplow? The auto parts dealers here carry a selection of different lengths with swivel ends in the smaller diameters. I think mine cost around 25 apiece for about 3-4 feet long.

On this same vein, I made and put in at the coupler flow restriction orifices on the snowplow to slow down the angle. Found out that with flat face couplers you cannot drill the orifice in the center or returning pressure will hold it against the center pin and close it off.
