I have a 2003 bobcat t200 with the 84hp deutz diesel. I replaced the heater valve and it still will not flow oil through the cooler. Does this mean the oil pump is going bad? Bobcat was running good but couldn't produce heat out the vents. I got a new heater core and still no heat what else can I check? Maybe adjust something on the engine side? Or maybe it's clogged with sludge? I didn't buy this machine new it has 2400 hrs and was Not taken care of too well before I got ahold of it. I pulled the motor painted it new turbo new mufler and gaskets runs great but NO HEAT!?!? Anybody have any ideas?

Does the blower work? Are you getting air out of the vents, just not hot air? With all the work you've done I'm sure you'd notice it, but when I got my T200 I didn't have heat either. Someone had capped off the oil hoses to the heat exchanger so no hot oil was flowing to it.

It's almost like there is no oil pressure or something. Yes I get air but cold air. I replaced the heater core and fan motor insulated everything and Put it back together nice and neat. So anyway when I took the fold heater core it was nasty with a large mouse nest around it so I'm thinking oh sweet just a New heater core nope not the problem. I think I've narrowed it down to on the engine maybe a bad thermostat someone can tell me to check? lol

Do you have the electronic display panel? What are you showing for engine temperature? What are you showing for engine oil pressure?

No lights on. the dash is not digital just the older style fuel and temp.
Is the valve working? I know you said you replaced it but if the temperature control pot is bad the new valve may not be working.
Try this.
Turn the key on without starting the engine
Make sure the A/C is off
Turn the fan to 1
Turn the temp control all the way towards cold.
Turn the key off
Locate the shaft on the heater valve and make a mark on the shaft.
Go back to the cab and turn the temp control toward heat.
Turn the key on
The shaft on the valve should rotate to fully open the valve.
If the shaft doesn't rotate then the temp control is bad or has no power.
