LX/LS Serial Number Location

I just picked up an LX865 at auction. I just realized when I got it home that the serial plate is missing. I know NH stamped the serial in on the machine, but I cant for the life of me remember where I have seen it. I am thinking maybe under the front step??? can someone help me out here. I have a customer that is interested in it, but they need the serial for the bank to get financing. Thanks Mike

I may be wrong, but I do not think they stamped the serial numbers on the machines until the L100 series. The models which are stamped have the numbers on the front face of the loader towards the top, or they may be stamped on the flat surface below the radiator.
