Number of blinks is code.
1 blink valve output is disconnected
2 blinks valve output circuit is shorted to 12+
3 blinks valve output circuit is shorted to 12- or ground disconnected

Most likely the solenoid valve coil is fried and will need to be replaced. As far as I know they are only available from a Bobcat dealer.
Sometimes it's wires that have rubbed or been chewed on by rodents.

It's two blinks and the coil is magnetized, also for some reason the rear aux solenoid is energized also not getting traction light to come on and seat bar light is very flakey acting, when I check for power coming to those two I can't find it but sometimes the seat bar light will come on momentarily?

It sounds like you have either a voltage or grounding problem to the BICS system for you to have that many errors. I'd start by checking the machine system voltage and clean the battery cables on both ends. Plus I'd find and clean as many of the ground wire connections as you can.
The normal output voltages from BICS to the coils is less than the machine system voltage so 2 blinks on the valve light means the BICS is seeing system voltage on that circuit for some reason.
To go any further with diagnosing the BICS system I need to know as least the first 7 digits of the machine serial number so I can look at the right service manual.

5141242, two blinks code is short to power, light on right where Aux button is has lock symbol it is also blinking, I've wired the BICS coil to another power wire no change, have lift though a lil sluggish zero tilt and any direction of right pedal will only lax the bucket down very slightly., Rear aux solenoid on top of valve is getting hot+magnetized the front one is not, BICS Coil seems to have strong magnetism, is The Aux possibly stuck on? I don't have a hose to loop it didn't know if that was worth trying, not sure Y I can't get traction light and Seat bar to light correctly, traction won't light at all, Could this be something with the brakes, a switch or something somewhere causing all this, has blown brake fuse a couple times just for more info, have checked all grounds I could find, seem fine.

Like I said earlier the BICS outputs to the coils are less than system voltage(less than 10 volts if I remember correctly) so running a power wire from another source to a coil may fry the coil.
Pull the connectors for the BICS controller and check for moisture or corrosion.
The wiring diagram for your serial number shows power to the BICS system comes from Fuse #1 on the orange wire in connector 301. Check the voltage between it and ground.

Thankyou for that I have a manual on pdf but much harder to follow than the above, I noticed the aux coils had a tag about voltage not the BICS coil so I didn't know, I am not sure why the rear Aux Coil is powering and not the front should It even be powered without the aux on, that's y I was questioning the Aux being stuck on or something, maybe I can find something with this I had to print off stuff and label colors corresponding to #s on the key so was sorta confusing hopefully this will lead me, thanks for your time, much appreciated.
