S150 Bobcat Overheating

I have not overheated it since when the gauge jumps up I shut it down. Have replaced thermostat, water pump, cleaned out rad and oil cooler fins. So I have observed the fan which is hydraulic driven seems to work however once it was not on at all. Is it not a continuous run ? Is it two speed ? Perhaps filter is in need of a replacement ? Is the fan splined ? Lastly there are four bolts that hold it to assy, when these are removed do I have clearance to drop hyd mtr assy out of housing and clear steering rods. of questions here thanks for the help in advance !

I haven't had a machine with a hydraulic cooling fan. When running, can you feel a lot of air being blown out the vents? it should be quite powerful.
There is no reason for it to over heat with whatyou have done already, unless the radiator is plugged up internally. You said it was cleaned, what that in internal clean or just the other fins?

Here's a description of how the cooling fan is controlled. It's possible the engine coolant sending unit is bad and the controller doesn't think the engine is hot.
