I have an 2008 L175 with a little over 3000 hrs on it and the right side drive is slower than the left.It looks like the drive lever is adjusted most of the way forward. Is the drive motor going bad? Any other adjustment I can do? How much is a new drive motor? T-R

It's not always the drive motor that is worn, how hard is it to swap motors from side to side? see if the problem moves.

I dont know a whole lot about the inner workings of a skid so i am not sure what is involved in swapping the motors. I am hoping someone can give me some help! Do I need to jack the cab up or just lift the seat? T-R

At the bottom of your control lever you have a boot that fits around the lever. The boot is bolted to the support with four bolts. Loosen these four bolts and slide the plate forward. Pull you lever forward to bottom the hydro pump pintle shafts. In this position slide the plate back against the lever. release the lever. Slide the plate back another 1/8" and tighten there. To get the loader to drive straight, move the plate on the faster side back to slow it down until the unit drives straight................................................ If there is a considerable amount of difference in the speed then the lever on top of the hydro pump may be loose. Lift the seat up. Follow the rod that goes from the lever to the hydro pumps. It is attached to a lever clamped to the hydro pump shaft. The lever is clamped with a 3/8" bolt. Tighten the bolt.

I will give that a try when i get a few extra minutes. I did notice that the right side plate looks to be slid most of the way forward. I will lift the seat and check everything there too. T-R
