873 Lift/Tilt Issues

873 Serial # 514124251, Have tilt/lock valve light showing 2 blinks on BICS controller (short to power) also Aux light is flashing on right under gauges at the button? All other lights on BICS controller are on correctly most of the time but seem to flutter off after a period and only power light will illuminate?? Have decent lift function but left pedal seems to get tough, zero tilt function at this point was only tilting down the bucket very lazily with right pedal no matter which direction was pushed prior to this? Any pointers would be very appreciated.
